CVE-2020-15666 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2021-07-21 4.3 MEDIUM 6.5 MEDIUM
When trying to load a non-video in an audio/video context the exact status code (200, 302, 404, 500, 412, 403, etc.) was disclosed via the MediaError Message. This level of information leakage is inconsistent with the standardized onerror/onsuccess disclosure and can lead to inferring login status to services or device discovery on a local network among other attacks. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 80 and Firefox for Android < 80.
CVE-2019-9802 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2021-07-21 5.0 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH
If a Sandbox content process is compromised, it can initiate an FTP download which will then use a child process to render the downloaded data. The downloaded data can then be passed to the Chrome process with an arbitrary file length supplied by an attacker, bypassing sandbox protections and allow for a potential memory read of adjacent data from the privileged Chrome process, which may include sensitive data. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 66.
CVE-2019-11693 2 Linux, Mozilla 4 Linux Kernel, Firefox, Firefox Esr and 1 more 2021-07-21 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
The bufferdata function in WebGL is vulnerable to a buffer overflow with specific graphics drivers on Linux. This could result in malicious content freezing a tab or triggering a potentially exploitable crash. *Note: this issue only occurs on Linux. Other operating systems are unaffected.*. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 60.7, Firefox < 67, and Firefox ESR < 60.7.
CVE-2020-15671 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2021-07-21 2.6 LOW 3.1 LOW
When typing in a password under certain conditions, a race may have occured where the InputContext was not being correctly set for the input field, resulting in the typed password being saved to the keyboard dictionary. This vulnerability affects Firefox for Android < 80.
CVE-2019-9812 1 Mozilla 2 Firefox, Firefox Esr 2021-07-21 5.8 MEDIUM 9.3 CRITICAL
Given a compromised sandboxed content process due to a separate vulnerability, it is possible to escape that sandbox by loading accounts.firefox.com in that process and forcing a log-in to a malicious Firefox Sync account. Preference settings that disable the sandbox are then synchronized to the local machine and the compromised browser would restart without the sandbox if a crash is triggered. This vulnerability affects Firefox ESR < 60.9, Firefox ESR < 68.1, and Firefox < 69.
CVE-2020-15670 1 Mozilla 3 Firefox, Firefox Esr, Thunderbird 2021-07-21 6.8 MEDIUM 8.8 HIGH
Mozilla developers reported memory safety bugs present in Firefox for Android 79. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 80, Firefox ESR < 78.2, Thunderbird < 78.2, and Firefox for Android < 80.
CVE-2019-9821 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2021-07-21 6.8 MEDIUM 8.1 HIGH
A use-after-free vulnerability can occur in AssertWorkerThread due to a race condition with shared workers. This results in a potentially exploitable crash. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 67.
CVE-2020-6823 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2021-07-21 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
A malicious extension could have called <code>browser.identity.launchWebAuthFlow</code>, controlling the redirect_uri, and through the Promise returned, obtain the Auth code and gain access to the user's account at the service provider. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 75.
CVE-2019-9794 2 Microsoft, Mozilla 4 Windows, Firefox, Firefox Esr and 1 more 2021-07-21 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
A vulnerability was discovered where specific command line arguments are not properly discarded during Firefox invocation as a shell handler for URLs. This could be used to retrieve and execute files whose location is supplied through these command line arguments if Firefox is configured as the default URI handler for a given URI scheme in third party applications and these applications insufficiently sanitize URL data. *Note: This issue only affects Windows operating systems. Other operating systems are unaffected.*. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 60.6, Firefox ESR < 60.6, and Firefox < 66.
CVE-2019-9818 2 Microsoft, Mozilla 4 Windows, Firefox, Firefox Esr and 1 more 2021-07-21 5.1 MEDIUM 8.3 HIGH
A race condition is present in the crash generation server used to generate data for the crash reporter. This issue can lead to a use-after-free in the main process, resulting in a potentially exploitable crash and a sandbox escape. *Note: this vulnerability only affects Windows. Other operating systems are unaffected.*. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 60.7, Firefox < 67, and Firefox ESR < 60.7.
CVE-2020-6809 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2021-07-21 5.0 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH

CVE-2017-5461 1 Mozilla 1 Network Security Services 2021-07-20 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
Mozilla Network Security Services (NSS) before 3.21.4, 3.22.x through 3.28.x before 3.28.4, 3.29.x before 3.29.5, and 3.30.x before 3.30.1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds write) or possibly have unspecified other impact by leveraging incorrect base64 operations.
CVE-2011-0064 2 Gnome, Mozilla 2 Pango, Firefox 2021-07-14 6.8 MEDIUM N/A
The hb_buffer_ensure function in hb-buffer.c in HarfBuzz, as used in Pango 1.28.3, Firefox, and other products, does not verify that memory reallocations succeed, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and application crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code via crafted OpenType font data that triggers use of an incorrect index.
CVE-2021-23991 1 Mozilla 1 Thunderbird 2021-07-08 4.0 MEDIUM 6.8 MEDIUM
If a Thunderbird user has previously imported Alice's OpenPGP key, and Alice has extended the validity period of her key, but Alice's updated key has not yet been imported, an attacker may send an email containing a crafted version of Alice's key with an invalid subkey, Thunderbird might subsequently attempt to use the invalid subkey, and will fail to send encrypted email to Alice. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 78.9.1.
CVE-2021-23992 1 Mozilla 1 Thunderbird 2021-07-08 4.3 MEDIUM 4.3 MEDIUM
Thunderbird did not check if the user ID associated with an OpenPGP key has a valid self signature. An attacker may create a crafted version of an OpenPGP key, by either replacing the original user ID, or by adding another user ID. If Thunderbird imports and accepts the crafted key, the Thunderbird user may falsely conclude that the false user ID belongs to the correspondent. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 78.9.1.
