CVE-2018-1067 1 Redhat 4 Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform, Undertow and 1 more 2023-11-07 5.8 MEDIUM 6.1 MEDIUM
In Undertow before versions 7.1.2.CR1, 7.1.2.GA it was found that the fix for CVE-2016-4993 was incomplete and Undertow web server is vulnerable to the injection of arbitrary HTTP headers, and also response splitting, due to insufficient sanitization and validation of user input before the input is used as part of an HTTP header value.
CVE-2018-1063 2 Redhat, Selinux Project 2 Enterprise Linux, Selinux 2023-11-07 3.3 LOW 4.4 MEDIUM
Context relabeling of filesystems is vulnerable to symbolic link attack, allowing a local, unprivileged malicious entity to change the SELinux context of an arbitrary file to a context with few restrictions. This only happens when the relabeling process is done, usually when taking SELinux state from disabled to enable (permissive or enforcing). The issue was found in policycoreutils 2.5-11.
CVE-2018-18314 5 Canonical, Debian, Netapp and 2 more 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, E-series Santricity Os Controller and 5 more 2023-11-07 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
Perl before 5.26.3 has a buffer overflow via a crafted regular expression that triggers invalid write operations.
CVE-2018-18313 6 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 3 more 9 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more 2023-11-07 6.4 MEDIUM 9.1 CRITICAL
Perl before 5.26.3 has a buffer over-read via a crafted regular expression that triggers disclosure of sensitive information from process memory.
CVE-2018-18312 5 Canonical, Debian, Netapp and 2 more 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, E-series Santricity Os Controller and 5 more 2023-11-07 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
Perl before 5.26.3 and 5.28.0 before 5.28.1 has a buffer overflow via a crafted regular expression that triggers invalid write operations.
CVE-2018-18311 8 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 5 more 18 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 15 more 2023-11-07 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
Perl before 5.26.3 and 5.28.x before 5.28.1 has a buffer overflow via a crafted regular expression that triggers invalid write operations.
CVE-2018-17189 7 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 4 more 13 Http Server, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 10 more 2023-11-07 5.0 MEDIUM 5.3 MEDIUM
In Apache HTTP server versions 2.4.37 and prior, by sending request bodies in a slow loris way to plain resources, the h2 stream for that request unnecessarily occupied a server thread cleaning up that incoming data. This affects only HTTP/2 (mod_http2) connections.
CVE-2018-16890 8 Canonical, Debian, F5 and 5 more 10 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Big-ip Access Policy Manager and 7 more 2023-11-07 5.0 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH
libcurl versions from 7.36.0 to before 7.64.0 is vulnerable to a heap buffer out-of-bounds read. The function handling incoming NTLM type-2 messages (`lib/vauth/ntlm.c:ntlm_decode_type2_target`) does not validate incoming data correctly and is subject to an integer overflow vulnerability. Using that overflow, a malicious or broken NTLM server could trick libcurl to accept a bad length + offset combination that would lead to a buffer read out-of-bounds.
CVE-2018-16888 4 Canonical, Netapp, Redhat and 1 more 5 Ubuntu Linux, Active Iq Performance Analytics Services, Element Software and 2 more 2023-11-07 1.9 LOW 4.7 MEDIUM
It was discovered systemd does not correctly check the content of PIDFile files before using it to kill processes. When a service is run from an unprivileged user (e.g. User field set in the service file), a local attacker who is able to write to the PIDFile of the mentioned service may use this flaw to trick systemd into killing other services and/or privileged processes. Versions before v237 are vulnerable.
CVE-2018-16878 6 Canonical, Clusterlabs, Debian and 3 more 9 Ubuntu Linux, Pacemaker, Debian Linux and 6 more 2023-11-07 2.1 LOW 5.5 MEDIUM
A flaw was found in pacemaker up to and including version 2.0.1. An insufficient verification inflicted preference of uncontrolled processes can lead to DoS
CVE-2018-16877 6 Canonical, Clusterlabs, Debian and 3 more 9 Ubuntu Linux, Pacemaker, Debian Linux and 6 more 2023-11-07 4.6 MEDIUM 7.8 HIGH
A flaw was found in the way pacemaker's client-server authentication was implemented in versions up to and including 2.0.0. A local attacker could use this flaw, and combine it with other IPC weaknesses, to achieve local privilege escalation.
CVE-2018-16542 4 Artifex, Canonical, Debian and 1 more 8 Ghostscript, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 5 more 2023-11-07 4.3 MEDIUM 5.5 MEDIUM
In Artifex Ghostscript before 9.24, attackers able to supply crafted PostScript files could use insufficient interpreter stack-size checking during error handling to crash the interpreter.
CVE-2018-16540 4 Artifex, Canonical, Debian and 1 more 11 Ghostscript, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 8 more 2023-11-07 6.8 MEDIUM 7.8 HIGH
In Artifex Ghostscript before 9.24, attackers able to supply crafted PostScript files to the builtin PDF14 converter could use a use-after-free in copydevice handling to crash the interpreter or possibly have unspecified other impact.
