CVE-2019-20330 | 4 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 1 more | 30 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Active Iq Unified Manager and 27 more | 2023-11-07 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |

CVE-2019-1559 | 13 Canonical, Debian, F5 and 10 more | 90 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Big-ip Access Policy Manager and 87 more | 2023-11-07 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
If an application encounters a fatal protocol error and then calls SSL_shutdown() twice (once to send a close_notify, and once to receive one) then OpenSSL can respond differently to the calling application if a 0 byte record is received with invalid padding compared to if a 0 byte record is received with an invalid MAC. If the application then behaves differently based on that in a way that is detectable to the remote peer, then this amounts to a padding oracle that could be used to decrypt data. In order for this to be exploitable "non-stitched" ciphersuites must be in use. Stitched ciphersuites are optimised implementations of certain commonly used ciphersuites. Also the application must call SSL_shutdown() twice even if a protocol error has occurred (applications should not do this but some do anyway). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2r (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2q).
CVE-2019-14379 | 7 Apple, Debian, Fasterxml and 4 more | 25 Xcode, Debian Linux, Jackson-databind and 22 more | 2023-11-07 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
SubTypeValidator.java in FasterXML jackson-databind before 2.9.9.2 mishandles default typing when ehcache is used (because of net.sf.ehcache.transaction.manager.DefaultTransactionManagerLookup), leading to remote code execution.
CVE-2019-10247 | 4 Debian, Eclipse, Netapp and 1 more | 26 Debian Linux, Jetty, Element and 23 more | 2023-11-07 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 5.3 MEDIUM |
In Eclipse Jetty version 7.x, 8.x, 9.2.27 and older, 9.3.26 and older, and 9.4.16 and older, the server running on any OS and Jetty version combination will reveal the configured fully qualified directory base resource location on the output of the 404 error for not finding a Context that matches the requested path. The default server behavior on jetty-distribution and jetty-home will include at the end of the Handler tree a DefaultHandler, which is responsible for reporting this 404 error, it presents the various configured contexts as HTML for users to click through to. This produced HTML includes output that contains the configured fully qualified directory base resource location for each context.
CVE-2019-10246 | 4 Eclipse, Microsoft, Netapp and 1 more | 26 Jetty, Windows, Element and 23 more | 2023-11-07 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 5.3 MEDIUM |
In Eclipse Jetty version 9.2.27, 9.3.26, and 9.4.16, the server running on Windows is vulnerable to exposure of the fully qualified Base Resource directory name on Windows to a remote client when it is configured for showing a Listing of directory contents. This information reveal is restricted to only the content in the configured base resource directories.

In Eclipse Jetty versions 9.4.0 through 9.4.8, when using the optional Jetty provided FileSessionDataStore for persistent storage of HttpSession details, it is possible for a malicious user to access/hijack other HttpSessions and even delete unmatched HttpSessions present in the FileSystem's storage for the FileSessionDataStore.
CVE-2018-1000632 | 5 Debian, Dom4j Project, Netapp and 2 more | 15 Debian Linux, Dom4j, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 12 more | 2023-11-07 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
dom4j version prior to version 2.1.1 contains a CWE-91: XML Injection vulnerability in Class: Element. Methods: addElement, addAttribute that can result in an attacker tampering with XML documents through XML injection. This attack appear to be exploitable via an attacker specifying attributes or elements in the XML document. This vulnerability appears to have been fixed in 2.1.1 or later.
CVE-2018-0734 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Netapp and 3 more | 20 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Cloud Backup and 17 more | 2023-11-07 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
The OpenSSL DSA signature algorithm has been shown to be vulnerable to a timing side channel attack. An attacker could use variations in the signing algorithm to recover the private key. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1a (Affected 1.1.1). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.0j (Affected 1.1.0-1.1.0i). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2q (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2p).
CVE-2017-7658 | 5 Debian, Eclipse, Hp and 2 more | 20 Debian Linux, Jetty, Xp P9000 and 17 more | 2023-11-07 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
In Eclipse Jetty Server, versions 9.2.x and older, 9.3.x (all non HTTP/1.x configurations), and 9.4.x (all HTTP/1.x configurations), when presented with two content-lengths headers, Jetty ignored the second. When presented with a content-length and a chunked encoding header, the content-length was ignored (as per RFC 2616). If an intermediary decided on the shorter length, but still passed on the longer body, then body content could be interpreted by Jetty as a pipelined request. If the intermediary was imposing authorization, the fake pipelined request would bypass that authorization.
CVE-2017-7657 | 5 Debian, Eclipse, Hp and 2 more | 18 Debian Linux, Jetty, Xp P9000 and 15 more | 2023-11-07 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
In Eclipse Jetty, versions 9.2.x and older, 9.3.x (all configurations), and 9.4.x (non-default configuration with RFC2616 compliance enabled), transfer-encoding chunks are handled poorly. The chunk length parsing was vulnerable to an integer overflow. Thus a large chunk size could be interpreted as a smaller chunk size and content sent as chunk body could be interpreted as a pipelined request. If Jetty was deployed behind an intermediary that imposed some authorization and that intermediary allowed arbitrarily large chunks to be passed on unchanged, then this flaw could be used to bypass the authorization imposed by the intermediary as the fake pipelined request would not be interpreted by the intermediary as a request. |
