CVE-2024-36985 2024-07-08 N/A 8.8 HIGH
In Splunk Enterprise versions below 9.2.2, 9.1.5, and 9.0.10, a low-privileged user that does not hold the admin or power Splunk roles could cause a Remote Code Execution through an external lookup that references the “splunk_archiver“ application.
CVE-2024-32475 2024-04-18 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Envoy is a cloud-native, open source edge and service proxy. When an upstream TLS cluster is used with `auto_sni` enabled, a request containing a `host`/`:authority` header longer than 255 characters triggers an abnormal termination of Envoy process. Envoy does not gracefully handle an error when setting SNI for outbound TLS connection. The error can occur when Envoy attempts to use the `host`/`:authority` header value longer than 255 characters as SNI for outbound TLS connection. SNI length is limited to 255 characters per the standard. Envoy always expects this operation to succeed and abnormally aborts the process when it fails. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.30.1, 1.29.4, 1.28.3, and 1.27.5.
CVE-2024-1622 2024-03-23 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Due to a mistake in error checking, Routinator will terminate when an incoming RTR connection is reset by the peer too quickly after opening.
CVE-2023-49286 1 Squid-cache 1 Squid 2024-01-19 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Squid is a caching proxy for the Web supporting HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and more. Due to an Incorrect Check of Function Return Value bug Squid is vulnerable to a Denial of Service attack against its Helper process management. This bug is fixed by Squid version 6.5. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
CVE-2023-24487 1 Citrix 2 Application Delivery Controller, Gateway 2023-11-07 N/A 7.5 HIGH
Arbitrary file read in Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway
CVE-2023-4501 1 Microfocus 5 Cobol Server, Enterprise Developer, Enterprise Server and 2 more 2023-09-19 N/A 9.8 CRITICAL
User authentication with username and password credentials is ineffective in OpenText (Micro Focus) Visual COBOL, COBOL Server, Enterprise Developer, and Enterprise Server (including product variants such as Enterprise Test Server), versions 7.0 patch updates 19 and 20, 8.0 patch updates 8 and 9, and 9.0 patch update 1, when LDAP-based authentication is used with certain configurations. When the vulnerability is active, authentication succeeds with any valid username, regardless of whether the password is correct; it may also succeed with an invalid username (and any password). This allows an attacker with access to the product to impersonate any user. Mitigations: The issue is corrected in the upcoming patch update for each affected product. Product overlays and workaround instructions are available through OpenText Support. The vulnerable configurations are believed to be uncommon. Administrators can test for the vulnerability in their installations by attempting to sign on to a Visual COBOL or Enterprise Server component such as ESCWA using a valid username and incorrect password.
CVE-2023-34449 1 Parity 1 Ink\! 2023-06-28 N/A 5.3 MEDIUM
ink! is an embedded domain specific language to write smart contracts in Rust for blockchains built on the Substrate framework. Starting in version 4.0.0 and prior to version 4.2.1, the return value when using delegate call mechanics, either through `CallBuilder::delegate` or `ink_env::invoke_contract_delegate`, is decoded incorrectly. This bug was related to the mechanics around decoding a call's return buffer, which was changed as part of pull request 1450. Since this feature was only released in ink! 4.0.0, no previous versions are affected. Users who have an ink! 4.x series contract should upgrade to 4.2.1 to receive a patch.
CVE-2020-6107 1 F2fs-tools Project 1 F2fs-tools 2022-05-12 4.3 MEDIUM 5.5 MEDIUM
An exploitable information disclosure vulnerability exists in the dev_read functionality of F2fs-Tools F2fs.Fsck 1.13. A specially crafted f2fs filesystem can cause an uninitialized read resulting in an information disclosure. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability.
CVE-2022-24880 1 Flask-session-captcha Project 1 Flask-session-captcha 2022-05-05 5.0 MEDIUM 5.3 MEDIUM
flask-session-captcha is a package which allows users to extend Flask by adding an image based captcha stored in a server side session. In versions prior to 1.2.1, he `captcha.validate()` function would return `None` if passed no value (e.g. by submitting an having an empty form). If implementing users were checking the return value to be **False**, the captcha verification check could be bypassed. Version 1.2.1 fixes the issue. Users can workaround the issue by not explicitly checking that the value is False. Checking the return value less explicitly should still work.
CVE-2021-37625 1 Skytable 1 Skytable 2021-08-12 5.0 MEDIUM 7.5 HIGH
Skytable is an open source NoSQL database. In versions prior to 0.6.4 an incorrect check of return value of the accept function in the run-loop for a TCP socket/TLS socket/TCP+TLS multi-socket causes an early exit from the run loop that should continue infinitely unless terminated by a local user, effectively causing the whole database server to shut down. This has severe impact and can be used to easily cause DoS attacks without the need to use much bandwidth. The attack vectors include using an incomplete TLS connection for example by not providing the certificate for the connection and using a specially crafted TCP packet that triggers the application layer backoff algorithm.
CVE-2017-7474 1 Keycloak 1 Keycloak-nodejs-auth-utils 2019-10-03 7.5 HIGH 9.8 CRITICAL
It was found that the Keycloak Node.js adapter 2.5 - 3.0 did not handle invalid tokens correctly. An attacker could use this flaw to bypass authentication and gain access to restricted information, or to possibly conduct further attacks.
